Glendronach 1992 27 Year Old #5852

This single cask expression from Speyside’s GlenDronach distillery has been specially selected and bottled for The Whisky Shop. Distilled in June 1992 and matured in a single Oloroso sherry butt for almost three decades, this expression was bottled in 2020 at a natural casks strength of 58.4% abv, producing just 304 individually numbered bottles.

The nose has ground coffee and milk chocolate, with toffee and sultanas. The palate brings creamy milk chocolate, brazil nuts and mellow oak, before orange oil and cinnamon notes that linger into the long and smooth finish.
