Mermaid Gin

Distilled with 10 ethically sourced ingredients at the Isle of Wight Distillery, this small batch gin takes its name from the locally foraged rock samphire, also known as ‘Mermaid’s Kiss’. Staying true to its maritime roots, this gin support marine conservation projects and is presented in plastic-free packaging.

The nose is fresh and citric with a sweet spice and gentle juniper. The palate brings more citrus tang and a touch of pepper spice, alongside an earthy sweetness and a hint of sea air, before a long and complex finish.
