Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of your receipt of the order.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The item must be in its original, unopened condition, with all seals intact.
  • The original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, ensuring secure transit.
Please Note: For reasons of health, safety, and preservation of quality, opened bottles of whisky, brandy, cognac, or any other spirit cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy aligns with industry standards for alcoholic beverages.

The Returns & Exchanges Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within the 15-day window, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Without an RMA number, we cannot process your return.
  2. Pack Your Item Securely: Once you have your RMA number, please securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, ideally within the original shipping box.
  3. Ship Your Return: Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

  4. Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the returned item(s). Once approved, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds are processed immediately upon approval and typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchange Requests

For exchanges, please indicate the desired replacement product in your initial email. We will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected. If the replacement item is of a higher value, we will charge the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and integrity of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Any opened bottle of spirits (whisky, brandy, cognac, etc.).
  • Gift sets or products where the seal has been broken or packaging is damaged.
  • Items not purchased from Jura Shop directly.
