Order Processing
We take 1-2 business days to carefully prepare and package your order, ensuring every bottle is secure for its journey.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
We are proud to offer two trusted shipping options to our global clientele (excluding Asia and certain remote regions):
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch. A flat fee of £12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch. This service is complimentary for all orders over £50.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is paramount. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process for eligible items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be in its original, unopened condition with all seals intact.
- The original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.
- The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product range and industry regulations, the following are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Any opened bottle of spirits.
- Gift sets or products with broken seals or damaged packaging.
- Items not purchased directly from Jura Shop.
- Award Winners and Cask Strength Whisky due to their limited and collectible nature.
The Returns & Exchanges Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within the 15-day window, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Returns cannot be processed without this number.
- Pack Your Item Securely: Once you have your RMA number, please securely repack the item(s) in their original packaging and shipping box.
- Ship Your Return: Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our returns address. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives with us.

Oxford, GB OX8C 3CY - Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the returned item(s). Upon approval, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.
Refund Timelines & Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds are processed immediately upon approval and typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of an error on our part.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please indicate your desired replacement product in your initial email. We will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected. If the new item is of higher value, we will charge the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
