4. Order and Payment Terms

Order Process:

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order without explanation.

Pricing:

All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are additional and will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been authorized.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship globally, excluding Asia and certain remote regions. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Flat fee of £12.95.
• Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch. Complimentary for all orders over £50.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Someone aged 18 or over must be present to sign for and receive the delivery of alcoholic products.

6. Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Item must be in its original, unopened condition with all seals intact
• Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
• Item must be in its original, undamaged packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

• Any opened bottle of spirits
• Gift sets or products with broken seals or damaged packaging
• Items not purchased directly from Jura Shop
• Award Winners and Cask Strength Whisky due to their limited and collectible nature

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
