The One Manzanilla Cask

From The Lakes Distillery comes The One Manzanilla Cask. Using a carefully selected mixture of whiskies from Scotland as well as The Lakes own English whisky, this dram is matured to perfection in the Manzanilla casks. This expression arrives at 46.6% abv.

Expect an array of sea salt, barley sugar, and stewed plums to arrive on the nose. The palate is one of sweet ginger, baked apples, and lemon peel before leading into the refreshing and satisfying finish.
