Widow Jane Rye Mash Oak & Apple

A fabulous release from Brooklyn’s Widow Jane Distillery! This expression is a standout rye whiskey that is full to the brim with flavours of freshly cut grass, Demerara sugar, and cinnamon. It has been matured in a combination of casks, including the casks that were used to mature the distillery’s ten-year-old bourbon, as well as new oak and apple wood casks. The whiskey is bottled at 45.5% abv.
