An exceptional small batch release from White Peak Distillery. This single malt was matured in a combination of first fill STR and bourbon casks. Just 4,251 bottles have been filled at 47.7% abv.
The nose opens with Granny Smith apples, fresh fudge, and Christmas cake. The palate brings candied orange peel, tobacco, and malt loaf. The finish is sweet, smoky, and spicy with gentle notes of vanilla appearing at the close.
