Yellow Spot Whiskey was last seen in Ireland in the 1950s and 60s but recently reintroduced.

Created and sold by Mitchell & Son Wine and Spirit Merchants, Yellow Spot is a 12 year old single pot still whiskey made using three different cask types – American Bourbon barrels, Spanish sherry butts and Spanish Malaga casks resulting in a superbly complex whiskey with fresh and sweet top notes.
